1. Agreement
By submitting the Connect form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these Terms, Communication Consent, and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not submit the form. The website content remains available without joining the contact list.
2. Age and youth information
You must be at least 13 years old to submit your own personal information. A parent or legal guardian may connect on behalf of someone under 13 only by using the adult’s own name, email address, and phone number. Do not submit a child’s personal contact information through this form.
3. Information we collect
The Connect form may collect your name, email address, optional mobile number, selected ministry interests, communication choices, the date and time of consent, the source of the signup, and the version of these terms you accepted. The Prayer form may collect an optional first name, optional email address, prayer category, prayer-request text, anonymous-sharing choice, submission time, and request status. Prayer text may contain sensitive personal information that you choose to share, so include only what is necessary for the prayer request. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or another person’s confidential information.
4. How we use information
We use submitted information to maintain the Commissioned 2 Christ contact list, share requested ministry news, announce programs and events, provide calendar access, respond to inquiries, understand audience interests, prevent misuse, maintain consent records, pray over submitted requests, and provide prayer-related follow-up when an email address is supplied. We will not sell or rent your contact information or prayer requests.
5. Communication permission
Checking the communication box authorizes Commissioned 2 Christ to send ministry writing, announcements, program information, event reminders, and related updates to the email address you provide. Future automated email messages will include a clear way to unsubscribe. You may also request removal through the Connect page.
Access to downloadable Bible study notes requires a name, email address, and acceptance of this Privacy Notice so the ministry can record delivery and prevent abuse. Permission to receive promotional or ministry-marketing email is separate and optional; declining that permission does not prevent the download.
6. Optional text messages
Providing a mobile number is optional and is not a condition of accessing the website. If you enter a mobile number and check the communication box, you also authorize Commissioned 2 Christ to send occasional automated or manually initiated ministry and event reminders to that number. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent may be withdrawn at any time; standard opt-out instructions will be included before automated texting is activated.
7. Calendar subscriptions
After signup, you may choose to subscribe to the Commissioned 2 Christ calendar. Calendar installation requires your action and approval. Your phone or calendar provider controls alerts, syncing, removal, and notification settings. We publish only confirmed dates but may update, postpone, or cancel events.
8. Ministry content and emergencies
Website content is for general faith, ministry, and educational purposes. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice. This website is not a crisis service. Contact emergency services or a qualified professional when immediate help is needed.
9. Storage, security, and retention
Contact records and prayer requests are stored in the website’s managed database and displayed only in the protected owner Back Office. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, consent records, security, and applicable legal obligations.
10. Service providers and disclosure
We may use reputable service providers to host the website, store data, deliver email or text messages, operate calendar subscriptions, prevent abuse, or maintain the system. They may process only the information necessary for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of an organizational transition with appropriate safeguards.
11. Your choices
You may decline text messages, unsubscribe from email, remove the calendar, or request access, correction, or deletion of your contact information. Use the Contact section of the Connect page or email commissionedenterprisesllc@gmail.com. We may retain a minimal suppression or consent record when needed to honor an opt-out or legal obligation.
12. Third-party services
The website links to social networks, video platforms, calendar providers, and other third-party services. Their privacy policies and terms govern their systems. Commissioned 2 Christ does not control their availability, security, or data practices.
13. Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, misuse contact features, or attempt unauthorized access to records or systems. We may reject or remove submissions connected to abuse, fraud, or security threats.
14. Availability and limitation
The website and connection features are provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent allowed by law, Commissioned 2 Christ is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, third-party services, calendar changes, or delayed communications.
15. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the ministry and communication systems develop. Material changes will receive a new version date and may require renewed acceptance. These terms are governed by applicable United States and Michigan law, without limiting rights that cannot legally be waived.
